Thanks Matthew. I think I may have come up with a solution after reading some vague Google articles. I changed the output folder of my application from C:\wamp\www\temp to simply temp because the article suggested that some mobile devices cannot figure out what to do with the C: part of the the address as it does not correspond to their operating system. For now, this apparently is working.
The question is, why has C:\wamp\www\temp been working for the last month, but now doesn't work at all?
