Hi Nalla,

The file apache-flex-sdk-installer-3.2.0-bin.exe will install an
application that you need to run. It sounds like it is not opening the
Apache Flex SDK Installer automatically, but you should be able to find it
in your installed applications and run it manually. That's where you'll see
the screen to choose which version of the SDK to install.
