I'm not convinced these errors are the root of the problem. I suggest restarting your computer. Then try a simple test app, and/or try stripping down your app.
Also, when Flash Builder hangs, there is usually an icon in the lower right you can click on to see progress. I think there are some articles about what to do if Flash Builder hangs at certain points in the progress.
