Tried installing the FlexJs 0.8 through installer 3.2.0 on a windows 7 machine and it just hung up. Below are the logs, any input would be appreciated. I tried with flash player 23 and 24, also tried FlexJs 0.7 with the same behavior. Tried on 2 different machines.
