i just re-tried, disabling the d/l file cache, same result.

the "Need file: ${still_no_file}" started displaying almost immediately, not
sure if it was waiting on a single file the whole time or its a placeholder for
several files but it showed early & often.
3.2 installer worked fien for flex 4.16 & flexJS 0.8. this is really the first
time i've ever had serious problems w/the flex installer, guess i was due ;-)
