Sorry - I think I missed to mention that I am using HTML-Text which I am importing:
TextConverter.importToFlow(htmlText, TextConverter.TEXT_FIELD_HTML_FORMAT); The text is: <p>Here some Text with an image <https://www.lidl.de/imgs/newsletteranmeldung.jpg> and more Text.
