The perceived advantage of a captive runtime is it is a single download/install. This would make it easier for the user to install and may allow the application to be installed with less hassle from IT departments. The perceived advantage of a full AIR install is we would not be responsible for installing security updates etc. Either way it is done, we would really like it to be launchable from a website.
