I have several clients who use my program on Mac with Catalina. I have run
into one client who despite following the instructions to take the AIR
framework out of quarantine the following happens.

Installer appears as usual, click install, appears to install, then this
message pops up.

/Sorry, an error has occured. The application failed to launch or re-launch
properly/

Have others run into this before?
