I can see your ISP is club-internet which means you perhaps can express yourself using french language? If so, feel free to do! ;-)
Can you be more specific about what's going wrong with OOo? What did you do just before things go wrong? Which version of OOo are you using? What OS?
And yes, reinstalling can be unobstrusive, given a few prelimary steps to secure your OOo personal data.
