Bonsoir, et bien oui ... Les titres en style titre1, les sous-titres en Titre2 On pose le curseur où l'index table de matière doit se trouver Menu Insertion-Index-Index ... Badaboum ...
Mais attention pour le rendre cliquable il faut lui demander (balise "Hyperlien" dans l'onglet "Entrées" ).
