Not for the moment. I know that there are some problems with "fsvs revert",
and I'm currently re-writing some parts of that.
[ Part of the problem is, that the svn:special property is currently used
only as a boolean - so I don't know which type to expect on a sync-repos.
I'm investigating several ways to get around that. ]
I've taken parts of your recipe in my automatic tests, so that I won't forget
to check that behaviour.
Sorry that I cannot give you an immediate solution; but by 1.1.16 that should
be solved.
If it's needed as fast as possible, I can tell you when I think it's fixed in
svn - then you could try a snapshot.

Phil

Versioning your /etc, /home or even your whole installation?
Try fsvs (fsvs.tigris.org)!
