The configuration file of FSVS, which are stored in /etc, are taken; the 
spooling file,
in /var/spool/fsvs, are automatically ignored. (See
http://doc.fsvs-software.org/doxygen-gif/group__waa__files.html for more 
information.)


Using FSVS for / is no problem; but, depending on your OS and configuration, 
you'll have
to ignore some things, like eg. /proc, /sys, ev. /dev (if you're using udev), 
and
something like that.
