Are you running 1.2.0?

Before 1.2.0 only one file was used for URL storage; and as each commit gets a
new
revision number, the file was changed.
With 1.2.0 the volatile information is stored in $FSVS_WAA, which should be
automatically ignored by FSVS - so you shouldn't see any changes.

Versioning your /etc, /home or even your whole installation?
Try fsvs (fsvs.tigris.org)!
