Hi Seth,

Not sure if it is an elegant solution, but I solved it by overwriting the
printProvider.print() function and replacing tilecache with our mapserver wms
url.

Thanks for your time.

Subject: Re: [Users] Legend Panel Does Not Display Icons for Cached Layers

Hi Tim,

I had the same issue. In the end I created a wrapper script that would generate
tiles for any WMS formatted request, or return a legend file (currently not
cached but I hope to add that).
Python script at
https://bitbucket.org/geographika/mapserver-scripts/src/tip/tilecache/tilecache.py
 and blog post at http://geographika.co.uk/using-tilecache-on-iis

Regards,

Seth

Looking at the above did not solve the problem for us. Is there a way one can
give a different GetLegendGraphic WMS request to GeoExt if for example one is
using tilecache to cache the layers' image outputs?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Tim
