In a previous post about adding a text "metadata" hyperlink to a layer tree,
this was written.
"If you are using Alexander Dube's LayerTreeBuilder extension, then with latest
patch, you just add href and hrefTarget options to the layer when
you create it. (can also add a qtip by same method)."
Here is where I obtained the source files.

but where is the latest patch?
I downloaded these files recently (last week) and can find no reference to any
href- or hreftarget-config options.
Can anyone enlighten me?
