Hi Jeff, No, this could be avoided. Back while developing it, I hadn't found a way to create the Ext.tree.TreeLoader without giving it some sort of fake url. Skipping the url parameter didn't work.
I'd be nice if you could provide a patch if you find anything to fix this.
