I had this problem recently

no answer, but even though I got no answer (as it happens in the mapfish forum
and sometimes in the openlayers), I'd like to share here the solution, it was
just the position in the html of the ext-all.css and examples.css, they should
go above ones from the openlayers (ie. style.css, google.css), now it works.
