Hi, :-) Mmmmm... Sorry, I can only suggest filing a bug and see if that brings you any answers then :-( There may possibly still be some teething problems with the available packages...
Check that all dependencies are installed -- dependencies from LibO's viewpoint, not the RPM package manager's. On Ubuntu I had LibO seemingly installed OK via Synaptic but it would not work until I installed another package that I'd overlooked... Maybe you're in a similar case?
