Why even have to send an email to [email protected] begin with?
That's IMO just plain silly. If there are multiple uninstall email
addresses then provide a link to a *proper* mail list page that explains
in *detail* how to unsubscribe (list, digest, whatever).

The better method would be do do as the dev list does and use mailman:
http://lists.freedesktop.org/mailman/listinfo/libreoffice
where the user can set their own preferences, unsubscribe, etc.

This continuing of having to subscribe w/nomail for gmane.org access,
issues with unsubscribing, etc., is a reminder of email lists gone bad
w/OOo.
