Same result.... I put 3 blank line, 1st line of text, 1 image below the
1st line of text, 2nd line of text, other blank lines...
When you open with Lib0 there are only blank and text lines... image
anchor is correctly on line 5 but there is no visible content.

Try to make a three lines document and put the image on the second
