Hi plino, This does actually sound promising. Just to be sure we really do talk about the same thing, I got a .ods file with three columns in which I add new contents at the bottom. Also note, there are a lot of cell merges to merge two or three cells horizontally. This is part of an assignment I am now writing in a .odt file. Now I would like to add those three columns to my .odt file in a manner the contents are included from the .ods file and footers and so forth are appended like in the rest of the .odt.
So if we really are talking about the same thing, how would I go about doing what you propose?
