That would be DjVu (pronounced like déjà vu): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DjVu To answer Amine's initial question, in such cases I question the need to use Acrobat forms in the first place, then I'd suggest to use Acrobat Reader for Linux directly - unless I am missing something that should definitely work.
