Hello Amine. Interestingly, I can confirm this with Arabic and not
with Hebrew. Therefore I do not believe it to be an RTL issue.

To clarify, with the PDF Import extension:
1) English text in PDF files opened in Draw have spaces between words
(correct behaviour).
2) Hebrew text in PDF files opened in Draw have spaces between words
(correct behaviour).
3) Arabic text in PDF files opened in Draw do not have spaces between
words. Furthermore, combining characters (such as ت) that end a word
are combined with the letter beginning the following word. Therefore,
the issue is not just that the spaces are not being seen but rather
that all the spaces are actually removed from the string.

I will look for an issue on the OOo bug tracker. If I cannot find one,
I'll file one.
