because i've filed issues on LibO/bugZilla and on OoO-PDFImportExtension,
concerning the characters of this Unicode Block especially those ranging
from FEF5 to FEFC.

and i'm trying to gather some useful informations about the issue, so that i
can help developers that have the ability and knowledge to fix it.
