Perhaps this will do as a workaround: 570 pixels is 35.758594108 pica according to: <http://www.unitconversion.org/typography/pixels-x-to-picas-printer-s-conversion.html> Note that, right-click your horizontal ruler & set to pica. Then set your margins etc accordingly.
