What happens when you go to the download page?
Do you at least see the link for the .deb files?
Perhaps the mirror you are using is down?

Maybe add this repository:
Russia  
deb http://debian.nsu.ru/debian-marillat/ stable main

deb http://mirror.yandex.ru/debian-multimedia/ stable main
deb-src http://mirror.yandex.ru/debian-multimedia/ stable main

I was told it has libreoffice for debian.
Then you should be able to to
aptitude install libreoffice3-base
