Do you at least see the link for the .deb files? Perhaps the mirror you are using is down? Maybe add this repository: Russia deb http://debian.nsu.ru/debian-marillat/ stable main deb http://mirror.yandex.ru/debian-multimedia/ stable main deb-src http://mirror.yandex.ru/debian-multimedia/ stable main I was told it has libreoffice for debian.
