What OS are you using?
If you are using Ubuntu, get rid of the ".libreoffice" hidden folder
before you reinstall it.
If you use Windows, get rid of LibreO's folder, whatever it is called,
in the Program Folders
section. You need to do a clean install, but with those folders still
on your computer, the
install will use the settings that are in LibreOffice's folder[s].
