The solution is to copy the preferred AutoCorrect file -- I used ..LibreOffice 3\Basis\share\autocorr\acor_en-GB.dat -- to (Win XP): ... Documents and Settings\[UserName]\Application Data\LibreOffice\3\user\autocorr\acor_en-CA.dat It does not seem to matter if the acor_en-CA.dat (which was a copy, anyway) remains in the ..LibreOffice 3\Basis\share\autocorr\ directory. -- T.
