I used to love Yahoo - until they deactivated my original account with no notice, no recourse and no response. I lost over 160MB of email, my whole contact list and ownership of about 70 Yahoo groups. However, I have found that I like gmail better and I highly recommend it - if you want to discuss this one, feel free to contact me offline - I'm curious why gmail isn't an option for you.
