Andy I tested this issue on a Windows XP SP3 machine with LibreOffice 3.3.0 OOO330m19 (Build:6) tag libreoffice-3.3.0.4 (This is from PortableApps and running on my flash drive.) and the comments I put into the document stayed. John McAtee

I've just discovered that when I save the document in Microsoft 2007 format and then open it up again, all the comments I've written disappear. I know now to not use this format any more, but I've now lost comments for about 25 papers. Is there any way to retrieve them? Is that information still contained somewhere within the file? Why would it even allow me to add comments if it cannot save them? Thanks. -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/users/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity *** -- Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] List archive: http://listarchives.libreoffice.org/www/users/ *** All posts to this list are publicly archived for eternity ***
