I would really like to download 200 more, with the chinese and the zulu

In that case, until the repos for Natty are properly populated, your
best bet is to uninstall the pre-installed LO and use the TDF debs to
install what you need.
I ran into a similar situation in CentOS when I wanted to use a more
recent OOo than that with which it shipped, and every time they
updated the older OOo, it blew mine away (difference in the generation
revision sequencing). I ultimately put an exception in the yum repos
files to skip OOo on system updates and all was fine. Haven't needed
to do this with Ubuntu yet, but I expect there's a similar setting
capability with apt*.
