I've try both XLS & ODS file same result, and I've also try rename my
personal profile not fix the problem.
Any idea ?

every files ? ods or xls format ?
Did you try to rename your personal profile (libreoffice directory in
Docs&Settings\<user>\application data\) and restart LibreOffice ?
