Isn't MathML something like this: {1 + 2} over {3 * x + 12} = 77 which will be displayed as: 1 + 2 ----------- = 77 3 * x + 12 If this is what you mean, that this is already possible. My example is quite simple, but you can use the descriptive language to insert integrals, derivatives and what else you can think of. So maybe you could be a bit more specific, what exactly you mean, because something like my example is already possible.
