man rpm is your friend. :)
But honestly, I think, there is the option called --no-verify (at least that's
the option for urpmi).
So, the copy from man rpm includes the following:
verify-options
[--nodeps] [--nofiles] [--noscripts]
[--nodigest] [--nosignature]
[--nolinkto] [--nofiledigest] [--nosize] [--nouser]
[--nogroup] [--nomtime] [--nomode] [--nordev]
[--nocaps]
so --nosignature looks like the option you want.
