I found out that if I were to uncheck the box to protect the table of
contents from manual changes, I can select the entire thing, click the table
icon, and everything would pop into a table, where I would be able to better
organize the text by playing with the indents.

But this isn't the best option as everytime I update the table I would have
to repeat the process, albeit it still beats manually logging the changes.
