Hello Mark, If you look closely at the instructions at the bottom of this email you will notice that you have left out an "s" from the unsubscribe email address and that is why your email is not getting through. try this address:-
Unsubscribe instructions: E-mail to [email protected] The correct address is users+help@ ....... not user+help@........
