With the navigator i can see a schedule of the document, and make it move,
but it is in an extra window (which can be annoying when using it the whole

Open it with F5. When the Navigator window is opened, slide it to the
side of the main document window and it will become a sidebar. Just like
the style and all other extra windows
And if possible, can it also make it collapse and decollapse (so you only
see the title and not the whole textblock) whit a '+' and a '-'
Not quite. But as you are in the "headings" section, look at all icons
and one of them looks like a series of bars; as you hover over it,
you'll see something like "heading levels shown". That allows you to
select how much details you want in the navigation view.
Similar techniques also allow you to navigate by table, chart...
