The user interface does not allow to select a "blank" printer.
You can do something with macro's. Not too complicated.
Should we unzip the odt file and remove the printer name by hand in the
XML file ?
Nice idea. Never tried it, but should be simple to test.

We cannot change global parameters in Tools-> Options-> Load/Save->
General because for some templates we need the printer parameters, but
not for all.
