[email protected] should send you an email containing instructions on how to unsubscribe. It seems a slightly crazy way of doing it but we are somewhat stuck with it sadly. Even more annoyingly it is often the only email to be automatically junked by spam-filters so you might find something in your trash or somewhere! Which does, of course, suggest another easier way of dealing with this = 'just' set your spam filters to include [email protected] Not a satisfactory way but it 'should' work! The "[email protected]" address is the address that emails will be sent to if you just hit reply to any email that arrives from this list. You need to edit the "To:" field which is about 3 boxes up from the subject-line and change from "[email protected]" to [email protected] Note that is "users+help" before the @ symbol, not just "help" and not just "users".
