Hi everyone, My name is Benedetto Demaria, I'm currently trying to make the switch from Word 2003 to LibreOffice. I'm on XP using LibreOffice 3.3.1 and I'm trying to make index for a document. I have the following problems:
1. I need to get two alphabetical indexes in a Writer document: - Index of Names - Index of Places and Things When I do a MS Word document I use this solution: http://www.ehow.com/how_2314719_create-multiple-indexes-microsoft-word.html Is there any way to do it in LibreOffice? 2. The "Insert Index Entry" dialog box does not accept character formatting (only special characters). It seems impossible to format the text that appears in the index entry, how instead MS Word does. http://www.word-2010.com/insert-an-index-in-microsoft-word-2010/ How can I keep character formatting (subscript, superscript, italic, bold, etc) to specific entries not related to a style? Any help is much appreciated.
