My issue is not about locking documents. The problem occours when i try to
start the app itself.
If i "strace /opt/libreoffice/program/soffice" the end of the output looks
as follows:
access("/home/tcos/", F_OK) = 0
gettimeofday({1305655323, 969768}, NULL) = 0
open("/home/tcos//.execoooEW6jCb", O_RDWR|O_CREAT|O_EXCL, 0600) = 25
unlink("/home/tcos//.execoooEW6jCb") = 0
ftruncate(25, 4096) = 0
mmap2(NULL, 4096, PROT_READ|PROT_WRITE, MAP_SHARED, 25, 0) = 0xb37cb000
mmap2(NULL, 4096, PROT_READ|PROT_EXEC, MAP_SHARED, 25, 0) = 0xb276d000
--- SIGBUS (Bus error) @ 0 (0) ---
+++ killed by SIGBUS +++
The programm tries to open an file $HOME/.execoooXXXXXX and fails to do so,
because our nfs-server does not support this. Is there a workaround?
Regards, Joern
