Please stop with the same old tired false premise/FUD... *No* *one* (in their right mind) advocates *untrimmed* bottom/inline posting, which, I *agree*, is the *only* thing that is worse than blindly top-posting. *Properly* *trimmed*, you generally don't have to scroll *at* *all*.
