That problem is solved in LibreOffice 3.4.0 rc2. Please use that version.
As workaround it is possible to edit the file user\registrymodifications.xcu
You need
<item oor:path="/org.openoffice.Office.Common/Security/Scripting"><prop
oor:name="MacroSecurityLevel" oor:op="fuse"><value>1</value></prop></item>
valuee 1 is the setting "medium".
