AFAIK, CUPS relies on ghostscript, a postscript interpretator, and it seems LibO prints in postscript when using CUPS. While in windows printing is done by GDI, which is different. So while with CUPS priting always generates postscript, in windows it only generates if the printer driver does the GDI->PostScript translation. -- Nuno J.
