Hi :) The Data - Sort method allows greater sophistication and flexibility and means that you can select columns without having to use the tab-key method. It still has the same vulnerability if the data area has not been set or selected. It might give you an opportunity to define the data area but i haven't explored that. Regards from Tom :)
