Hi :) Thanks :) Since MS Office is the dominant Office on those machines i thought i would leave the LibreOffice saving to ODFs. That way one advantage of using LO is easy access to that format. I should check that ODFs don't try to open in MS Office because that would be a little bit irritating. Right tool for the right job is best. Thanks and regards from Tom :)

It was a bit quicker to recreate and I both missed things while getting other things better.
