I may test it, but for now I'm in the middle of a screenplay and want to finish before changing anything. I'm still playing around with the idea I had for post-it notes that would match each document. (The notes would be stored in the user fields in the file.) While working on that, yes, there were problems in the BASIC IDE, I think one was this issue. I'll be doing more with that later, after I finish my script. (There are issues with that, like having to ReDim arrays whenever a new note is added and having to close all the windows associated with a document whenever that document loses focus and opening them again when it gains focus.)
