Scrolling bars? Are those form controls?

0,5 mm? Are you sure you don't mean 0,5 cm (5 mm)? 0,5 mm is VERY
thin…! I would guess that an ”I” is about 0,5 mm wide on my screen.

Can you create an example document, upload it somewhere and then post
the link here so we easier can see what you mean?

I haven't seen that ever, and I run LibreOffice 3.3 since quite a
while by now, and I also had OpenOffice.org 3.3 for quite some time.
Can you include those cells (or similar ones) in the example document?
