I figured it out, I don't know why or how but Cell Format was set in Boolean Value. Nobody can tell without any data nor formulas from the original poster. Unlike Excel, the boolean data type is just a subtype of the decimal type. The number format "BOOLEAN" displays any non-zero number as TRUE and all the rest as FALSE.
