Ahh, brilliant :)  I would put "[wish-list]" at the beginning of the 
subject-line to make it completely clear but the severity note is even better.  
Perhaps doing both would be the best way.  Does anyone have time  to add that 
advice to the Bug-report guide?

You can file a bug report https://bugs.freedesktop.org and in the
severity note it is an enhancement so the triagers know your report is a
suggestion to improve LO not a flaw per se.
